ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products (personal care, intimate hygiene, and healthcare items), we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

We will review your request within 2–3 business days.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used personal care products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items only. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
